UNDERSTANDING BOTH CONDITIONS
Different Diagnoses, But Nutrition Matters For Both.
PCOS and endometriosis are distinct conditions - but they share some important overlaps, including inflammation, hormonal imbalance and gut involvement. Here's a quick overview of how nutrition plays a role in each.
PCOS: PCOS is primarily a hormonal and metabolic condition. Insulin resistance is present in the majority of women with PCOS - meaning what you eat directly affects your hormones, your cycle, your energy and your symptoms. Nutrition strategies focused on blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammatory eating and hormonal support can significantly reduce the symptom burden for many women.
Endometriosis: Endometriosis is an inflammatory, oestrogen-dependent condition. While nutrition doesn't cure it, emerging evidence shows that dietary patterns can influence inflammation levels, oestrogen metabolism and gut symptoms - all of which are commonly disrupted in women with endometriosis. Nutritional support works best alongside your medical and surgical care team.
Note: We work with women who have one or both conditions, as well as those who are awaiting diagnosis but experiencing symptoms. You don't need confirmed paperwork to access support.
OUR APPROACH
No Fad Protocols. No "Just Cut Carbs." Just What The Evidence Actually Says.
The internet is full of conflicting PCOS and endometriosis nutrition advice - much of it overly restrictive, poorly evidenced or simply not individualised. We don't follow trending protocols or apply blanket dietary rules.
Instead, we take a thorough look at your specific symptoms, blood work, cycle history and eating patterns before recommending anything. Your plan will be built around your body, your PCOS type or endo presentation, and your actual life - not a generic template.
For women with PCOS, this typically means a focus on blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammatory eating and sustainable habit building - not restriction. For women with endometriosis, we focus on reducing the dietary drivers of inflammation and gut symptoms while keeping your diet as varied and nourishing as possible.
We work alongside your GP, gynaecologist or specialist - not instead of them.

HOW IT WORKS
What Your First Appointment Involves
Your first session is 60 minutes. We'll take a detailed history covering your diagnosis, symptoms, cycle, current eating patterns, any relevant blood results and what you most want to address. Bring any recent blood work or specialist reports if you have them - they're genuinely useful.
From there we build a practical, personalised plan and check in regularly as your body responds. Progress with hormonal conditions is rarely linear, and we factor that in from the start.

GOOD TO KNOW
Questions Women With Pcos And Endometriosis Often Ask Us
Not necessarily - and blanket elimination isn't something we recommend without good reason. While some women do notice an improvement when reducing certain foods, this varies significantly between individuals. We take a systematic, evidence-based approach to identifying what's relevant for you - rather than removing foods unnecessarily.
No. While blood sugar regulation is important in PCOS management - particularly where insulin resistance is present - this doesn't mean eliminating carbohydrates. It's about the type, timing and balance of carbohydrates in the context of your overall eating pattern. We'll build an approach that's sustainable and realistic for your life.
Nutrition doesn't cure endometriosis - and we'd never claim otherwise. But there is growing evidence that dietary patterns influence inflammation, oestrogen metabolism and gut symptoms, all of which contribute to how endometriosis feels day to day. Nutritional support works best as part of a broader care plan alongside your medical team.
Yes. We see women managing both conditions and understand the particular complexity that comes with overlapping hormonal, inflammatory and gut concerns. Your plan will address both.
