HAVE YOU BEEN FEELING THIS WAY?
Your Symptoms Are Real. Your Frustration Is Valid. And You Deserve Better Than Generic Advice.
So many women we see have spent years being told their symptoms are normal, their concerns are minor, or that the answer is simply to "eat less and move more." If any of this sounds familiar, we'd like to offer you something different.
-
Your hormones feel completely out of control and you don't know where to start with food
-
You've been managing a difficult relationship with eating for years - and you're ready for something to actually change
-
You feel bloated, uncomfortable or unpredictable around food most days
-
You've been diagnosed with PCOS or endometriosis and told diet matters - but nobody has explained how
-
Every piece of "healthy eating" advice you come across makes you feel worse, not better
-
You're exhausted by years of dieting that hasn't worked - and the shame that comes with it
-
You want to feel well in your body but you're not sure where to begin

GOOD TO KNOW
Questions We Often Hear From Women
No referral and no diagnosis required. You can book directly. If you do have a GP referral or care plan, bring it along - it may make you eligible for Medicare rebates.
No - unless you specifically want that. We don't use weight as the primary measure of your health or progress, and we don't prescribe calorie targets. Our focus is on how you feel, how your body functions and how sustainable your eating feels day to day.
It is never too late. Many of the women we work with have been managing disordered eating, chronic dieting or difficult food relationships for years before seeking support. We meet you exactly where you are, without judgement, and move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Yes - and we actively encourage it. We work as part of your broader healthcare team, not instead of it. We're happy to liaise with your GP, gynaecologist, psychologist or any other treating practitioner with your permission.
Yes. In-person appointments are available at our Bondi Beach clinic, and telehealth is available for women across all of Australia.
